Our „small“ (75 sqm) panorama flat is the perfect place to feel the taste of holidays and recover from work.

The big sleeping room, the bathroom, the open kitchen and the front room are characterized by the wooden roof. In combination with the wooden floor and loam colored walls, this place will feel like home.
In the combined dining and living room, there is a wood stove so you can light a fire during cold days and nights.
Even on rainy days, it will never feel narrow due to the wide and friendly architecture.

This flat is also available for families or couples with a baby or an infant, we’ll put an extra crib into the sleeping room.
On the balcony, you can sit and enjoy the panoramic views of the Wetterstein and the Karwendel while having breakfast or a snack at night.
